RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

At House of 2TZ, we take pride in delivering quality products made with purpose. Please review our policy before making a purchase.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

We do not offer cash refunds for returned merchandise. Eligible returns will be issued as store credit only.

To qualify for store credit, items must:

• Be returned within 14 days of delivery

• Be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

• Include original tags and packaging when applicable

Store credit will be issued after the returned item has been received and inspected.

NON RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Sale items

• Limited edition releases

• Custom or personalized products

• Gift cards

• Items showing signs of wear, washing, damage, or alteration

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the issue. If approved, we will provide a replacement, exchange, or store credit at no additional cost.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or shipped.

SHIPPING COSTS

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
